Sean founded Somerville Accountants in 2003, coming from an extensive 12 year background in taxation and business advisory services. He attended and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree at Curtin University, has completed the CPA Australia program and holds a Fellowship with the National Tax & Accountants’ Association. Sean specialises in the development of small to medium sized business in a wide range of industries and superannuation.

Keith joined the firm in 2009 to incorporate Somerville Corporate Pty Ltd. He attended and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree at Curtin University, and has completed the CA program to become a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Keith has a 6 year background in taxation and business advisory services which enables him to provide corporate taxation services such as tax effect accounting, continuity of ownership testing and option valuations. These tax skills are rare attributes of a financial accountant. Since 2004 Keith has provided financial reporting and company secretarial services to ASX listed entities, specialising in the mining and exploration, oil and gas and biotechnology sectors.
